Lost my mother. 2 siblings and more recently my Grandson. That mental fog is definitely one component that ultimately caused me to lose my job of over 7 years. I’ve since been working on getting better and still dealing with grieving. It’s so frustrating and subsequently I’m mentally and financially drained. I have to rise up and get my way back to the top, for sure.

He never explains the diff from grabbing anything you want from DAT as a ( carrier ) VS doing it as a broker - What's the diff in cents and dollars - My company functions as a Carrier and I get tired of sharing pie with brokers ( especially on holidays and weekends ) while I work and they goof off with the rest of America till Monday or Tuesday - I got more respect for repair shop owners then Brokers but I can never hate myself much as other people if that makes sense too - This world will be a better place when i can brokerage my own freight - Enjoy your weekend and thanks for reading - Be Safe !

Such a concise and useful video! Thank you Brandon. Today is officially my first day starting my own business as a freight broker. So far just one employee but slowly, we'll be building our team and hopefully in a week or so we'll be ready to get going. Can anyone reccomend a good contingent liability insurance company? Willing to pay a little more for the for one that is reliable and adds to our credibility.
